During the course of treatment, you will be provided with a series of aligners. Each aligner will make slight adjustments to your tooth position. When the aligners are placed on your teeth, they cause the teeth to gradually move from their current position to improved position. Each set of aligners are worn for 2 weeks at a time, as the teeth are moved gradually into their new and improved position. To ensure your treatment progresses on schedule, the aligners should be worn for 22 hours each day and removed for eating and cleaning.

Then, it’s important that you brush after every meal before placing the Invisalign aligners back into your mouth in order to avoid staining.
